Hiateus decides and hands off. It doesn't process payment, sell seats, or sell insurance.
Hiateus makes the decision. Trusted providers complete the booking.
Hiateus never processes payment, issues a ticket, sells seat selection or baggage, offers travel insurance, or acts as merchant of record. Every one of those belongs to the provider you're handed off to (Expedia, an airline, a hotel, or another authorized booking partner) — including their own checkout, confirmation, customer service, cancellations, and refunds.
